Delete my Account

Do you have an account with our app and would like to delete it?

These are the steps to take:

• Send us an email to hello@automate.co.ke with the subject “Delete my Account”. Include your email address.
• If there are no issues with your account, we will deactivate your account and update you on the same within 24 hours.
• It will stay in deactivated mode for three weeks, in case of any issue or if you change your mind.
• After three weeks, your account will be deleted and we will send you an email notification informing you on the same.
• If you change your mind within those three weeks the account is deactivated, you can reactivate it by sending us another email with the subject “Reactivate my Account”. Include your email address.
